Job summary

Christadelphian Homes Limited is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for night shifts across North Parramatta and Gladesville. This permanent part-time role offers a supportive team culture and opportunities to make a real difference in residents' lives.

You will deliver safe, person-centered care, lead a team of Assistants in Nursing, ensure accurate documentation, and uphold AHPRA standards. This role is in a values-based organisation dedicated to compassionate aged care.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration.
• Minimum 2 years experience in aged care or similar clinical setting.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a clinical team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective nursing care in line with standards.
• Lead, support and mentor a team of Assistants in Nursing.
• Act as a clinical decision-maker and respond to residents' changes.
• Ensure accurate documentation, medication administration, and care planning.

About the role

We have 2 x Permanent Part-time positions for experienced Registered Nurses looking for night shift to join our team. Rostered shifts will be across our homes in North Parramatta and Gladesville. If you are confident, compassionate and ready to make an impact when it matters most, we would love to hear from you.

Fortnightly:

• Position 1: 2 shifts - Gladesville + 5 shifts - North Parramatta
• Position 2: 4 shifts - Gladesville + 4 shifts - North Parramatta

Key responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and respectful nursing care in line with AHPRA standards.
• Lead, support, and mentor a team of Assistant in Nursing.

• Ensure accurate documentation, medication administration, and care planning.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, respect, and collaboration.

About you

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Demonstrated experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a clinical setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and decision-making capabilities.
• A passion for delivering person-centered care to older people.
• Police Check
