Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.
• Demonstrates compassion, empathy and teamwork.
• Excellent communication and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality personal, emotional, and social care to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Support meals and dietary requirements.
• Monitor health changes and report to care team.
• Maintain accurate resident documentation.
• Collaborate with nurses and wider care team.
