Private Advertiser in Werribee, VIC is seeking an experienced Night Shift Manager to oversee all night shift arrivals and despatches, ensuring smooth, efficient operation of our logistics facilities. This full-time role requires leadership of night operations and coordination with drivers and customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring line haul movements, handling incidents, managing time slots, and maintaining shift handovers while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or management experience in a logistics, warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with DC's, customers and drivers alike.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Sound knowledge of larger supply chain facilities is an advantage.
• Sound problem-solving capabilities and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• A sound knowledge of all Heavy Vehicle National laws and regulations.
• Experience in refrigerated produce transportation would be an advantage.
• Be efficient with electronic systems such as email and GPS tracking.
• Forklift licence is desirable.
• Current driver's licence is preferred.
