Job summary

Bega Group's Smithfield site in Western Sydney is seeking a night shift operator for the Mixing Room to handle juice mixing, ingredient preparation, processing operations and CIP activities. The role requires flexibility to support Packing and other areas.

You're expected to work 10PM–6AM, Sunday to Thursday, and operate equipment via SCADA, conduct CIP, and perform product testing with lab tools while collaborating with Production and Reliability teams to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence is required.
• Experience in food processing, mixing, manufacturing, packing or palletising is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Can-do attitude and teamwork culture.
• Flexible to work across Mixing and Packing operations; mechanically minded.

Responsibilities

• Mix and supply juice to production and packing lines.
• Operate processing equipment using SCADA systems.
• Conduct CIP and sanitation activities.
• Perform product testing using laboratory equipment.
• Collaborate with Production and Reliability teams to meet targets.
• Comply with Safety, Quality and Environmental requirements.
• Support Packing and other operations, including forklift duties when licensed.
