Job summary

The Wetherill Park Distribution Centre in Sydney, part of the Bega Group, is seeking a reliable DC Operator to ensure accurate picking, loading, and dispatching of dairy products on a night shift. The role requires current LF license, forklift experience, and familiarity with WMS, with duties including safety, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts are Sunday to Tuesday, 6:00 PM to 6:20 AM, in a cool room setting.

Qualifications

• Current LF license with experience operating high reach and counterbalance forklifts.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution centre environment.
• Willingness to learn, strong commitment to safety, quality and teamwork.
• WMS experience is highly regarded.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely pick, load, and dispatch customer orders in line with priorities and procedures.
• Operate high reach and counterbalance forklifts, RF scanners, and support AGV operations.
• Maintain accurate stock control through inventory checks and reporting discrepancies.
• Follow safety, CoR, fatigue management and cold chain compliance requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive team culture.
