Bega Group is seeking a reliable DC Operator for its Wetherill Park Distribution Centre in Sydney. The role focuses on safe picking, loading and dispatch, using high reach and counterbalance forklifts with RF scanners, while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

Shifts run Sunday to Tuesday, 6:00 PM to 6:20 AM in a cool room environment. The site is a hub for dairy products, requiring attention to process and safety in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Current LF license with experience operating high reach and counterbalance forklifts.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution centre environment.
• Willingness to learn, strong commitment to safety, quality and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Safely pick, load, and dispatch customer orders according to priorities and procedures.
• Operate high reach and counterbalance forklifts and RF scanners; work with AGV operations.
• Maintain accurate stock control through inventory checks and reporting discrepancies.
• Follow safety, CoR, fatigue management and cold chain requirements.
• Support continuous improvement and contribute to a positive team culture.
