Job summary

Lasseters is seeking a confident, visible Night Operations Manager to oversee all casino floor operations during night trading hours in Alice Springs, NT. This is hands-on leadership, not a desk role.

You will ensure operational continuity, regulatory compliance, guest safety, and cross-department coordination when senior day management is off-site.

• Strong leadership presence on the casino floor.
• Solid understanding of gaming operations and regulatory compliance.
• Solid understanding of F&B operations and alcohol compliance.
• Experience supervising multi-department teams.
• Commitment to responsible gambling, safety, and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high visibility across the gaming floor.
• Lead night shift teams across F&B, Gaming, Security, and Supervisors.
• Monitor compliance and responsible alcohol/gambling obligations.
• Manage incidents professionally and decisively.
• Protect the integrity of Lasseters’ license and reputation.
