The Cordina Group is seeking a hands-on Night-Shift Distribution Supervisor based in Girraween, NSW. You will lead the night team through picking, packing, staging and loading activities, ensuring orders are dispatched on time and in full.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a distribution team in a high-volume DC.
• Forklift licence is required.
• Certificate III in Distribution and/or Warehousing or equivalent.
• Experience in food manufacturing or cold storage is highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the night-shift distribution team and ensure safe, accurate picking, packing, staging and loading.
• Coordinate vehicle loading across multiple docks and monitor workloads and pick rates.
• Ensure all customer orders are completed and dispatched within required timeframes.
• Maintain HACCP, food safety, quality and WHS compliance and uphold high housekeeping standards.
