Job summary

Programmed GO is seeking reliable Forklift Operators for the night shift at our Lidcombe facility. You will move pallets, crates and products across production, storage and dispatch areas, supporting crate handling and packing as needed.

The role emphasizes safe forklift operation and teamwork in a busy warehouse environment. The night shift runs 10:00 pm – 6:00 am with a typical roster of 2–3 shifts per week, potentially including weekends.

Qualifications

• A valid LF forklift licence.
• Experience in warehouse, production or distribution operations.
• Strong focus on safe forklift operation.
• Reliable, with good teamwork and flexibility.
• Availability for 2–3 shifts per week, including weekend work when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts across different work areas, including Tyne Fork and Frame Fork duties.
• Move and position crates, pallets and products throughout the facility.
• Load and unload palletised products safely and efficiently.
• Transfer stock between production, storage and dispatch areas.
• Support crate handling and distribution activities.
• Assist with packing finished products into crates or cartons when required.
• Complete general warehouse and housekeeping duties.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow site safety procedures and work effectively with the wider team.

Forklift Operator – Night Shift

We are looking for reliable and experienced Forklift Operators to join a busy production and distribution facility in Lidcombe.

Our client produces and distributes fresh dairy products, with forklift operators helping move products, pallets and crates throughout the operation.

This hands‑on role involves working across different areas of the facility, supporting crate handling, stock movement, dispatch and warehouse operations throughout the night shift.

We are looking for operators who are confident behind the controls, work safely and can adapt to different tasks as operational needs change.
