Anchorage Lord Howe Island is seeking a Night Baker to prepare and bake breads, muffins and other bakery products for the following day on Lord Howe Island.

You will start work in the evening/night to ensure products are ready for breakfast and service, working in a small, remote hospitality operation where flexibility and teamwork are essential. Accommodation may be available.
