Accor is seeking a Night Auditor for Batman's Hill on Collins, Melbourne. You will perform end-of-day accounting, ensuring accurate nightly reports while assisting guests with late-night inquiries. You’ll be the calm, frontline contact as the hotel embraces a high standard of hospitality.

Qualifications

• Independent worker who can take initiative with minimal supervision.
• Experience in Night Audit and/or hotel accounting is highly beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving and guest-first mindset.
• Able to rotate shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Background in customer service or hospitality is valued.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of computer literacy and aptitude with hotel systems.
• Reliable, well-groomed with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of reception duties and manage night audit processes.
• Coordinate with security to monitor building safety systems.
• Support day team to ensure seamless guest experience 24/7.
• Work night shifts from 11pm to 7am.
• Handle guest confidentiality, room keys and credit card procedures.
• Address guest complaints and escalate as needed.
