Marriott International in Brisbane is seeking a Night Auditor to join The Westin & Four Points by Sheraton Brisbane. You will manage end-of-day processes, post charges, run night audit backups, and roll the date while ensuring accurate hotel accounting records.

We value at least 2 years in a high-volume hospitality setting, strong customer service, and a passion for learning. Opera software is a plus; Marriott training and employee discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a high-volume hospitality environment.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build guest relationships.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-of-day operations, post charges to guest accounts, and run night audit backups.
• Oversee guest check-ins/check-outs and room assignments, including late check-outs when requested.
• Reconcile end-of-day reports and ensure accounting records accuracy.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Report accidents or unsafe conditions to ensure a safe work environment.
• Operate the telephone switchboard and handle wake-up calls for guests.
