Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Sydney is seeking a Night Auditor to manage the overnight front desk, greet owners and guests, and handle information on local attractions. You will complete all necessary paperwork and operate communication equipment including phones, faxes, and computers.

The role requires genuine customer service passion, strong communication, and flexibility for Friday and Saturday night shifts. Prior PMS experience is advantageous; the position offers professional development, staff

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a similar hotel position
• Genuine passion for customer service and the local area
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and positive individual
• Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
• High levels of computer literacy
• Previous experience with a PMS system (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera etc) advantageous
• Have the ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Friday & Saturday nights, weekends, public and school holidays.
