Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Sydney is seeking a Night Auditor to manage the overnight front desk operations. You will greet and register owners and guests, provide information on local attractions, and complete related paperwork using telephones, faxes and computers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a similar hotel position.
• Genuine passion for customer service and local area.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards.
• High levels of computer literacy.
• Experience with a PMS system (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera) advantageous.

Responsibilities

How You’ll Shine

As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for the overnight operation of the front desk. This includes greeting and registering of owners and guests, providing information to local area attractions, completion of all department related paperwork and using all communication equipment including telephones, facsimiles and computers. This is a part time position (Suitable caidadtes will be rostered Friday & Saturday nights).

• Previous experience within a similar hotel position
