Job summary

Crystalbrook Collection is seeking a motivated Nighttime Auditor for its Cairns hotels. Reporting to the Division Manager, you will ensure guest service continuity at night and handle varied tasks in a small team setting, taking ownership of your shift.

You will balance night shift requirements, demonstrate attention to detail, and bring a basic understanding of accounting principles to support smooth front office operations.

Qualifications

• A love of crunching numbers and an eye for detail.
• Previous Hotel Front Office experience is desirable but not essential.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• The ability to work with Opera and a general understanding of hotel operations.
• A personality to rival any sunrise you will see!
• You can balance the requirements of night shifts and are seeking regular shifts across a 7 day roster.

Role Purpose:

We are looking for motivated and experienced Nighttime Auditors for our Crystalbrook Collection Hotels in Cairns.Reporting to the Division Manager, you understand how important our guest services are and be confident to acknowledge challenges that can occur in a hotel environment at night.You will work effectively in a small team and be the type of person who thrives in a varied position and is self-accountable.
