Job summary

Crystalbrook Collection is seeking enthusiastic food and beverage staff for our luxury hotel in Newcastle. You will join a dynamic team delivering all aspects of F&B service, from intimate table settings to gastro pub experiences, with a passion for guest delight.

We value energy, professionalism and a keen eye for detail, as you contribute to memorable dining experiences in the Roundhouse and rooftop venues. Evening shifts are common, with casual and part-time contracts available.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume, a-la-carte restaurant is advantageous.
• NSW RSA Certificate.
• POS experience and familiarity with food & beverage service.
• A passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve section wait staff for A-LaCarte and Gastro Pub classics.
• Provide attentive food and beverage service in a timely manner.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond professionally.

The Role:

We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic skills for our trailblazing luxury hotel in the heart of Newcastle - it goes without saying that you will have an unwavering passion and flair for all things Food & Beverage.

• Section Wait Staff - A-La Carte and Gastro Pub Classics
• Food and Drink Servers - to suit all tastes and styles

We can offer various shifts, mainly in the evening, on both casual and part time contracts.For those on a current working holiday visa, we request a minimum 6 month working commitment.

About You:

We take great pride in delivering the very best cuisine experience at Roundhouse and the most wonderful social experience in Romberg's Roof Top Bar and at Ms Mary's Bar and Terrace.Because of this we are seeking passionate, engaging and professional food and beverage wizards!

• Experience in a high-volume, a-la-carte restaurant is advantageous
