Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking an EHR System Analyst to support daily use and optimization of the EHR system. You will assist with training, testing, and implementation of new features, working closely with clinical staff and IT teams.

This role emphasizes maintaining EHR workflows, troubleshooting, and coordinating with the vendor to ensure reliable operation across the organization. Travel within the service area is required.

Qualifications

• Confidentiality and HIPAA compliance required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Driver's license required.
• Familiarity with Internet-based office environments is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily end-user support across clinical and operational teams for the EHR system.
• Triage issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
• Serve as the primary contact for user questions and routine technical assistance.
• Maintain EHR workflows, templates, and documentation standards as directed by IT leadership.
• Perform initial testing of minor changes to the EHR system.
• Assist in documenting processes and user guides.
