Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) seeks an IHBT Program Manager to provide leadership, coordination, and oversight of intensive home-based treatment services. The role collaborates with operations, HR, and performance teams to ensure fidelity, quality, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years in behavioral health, Ohio licensure, and a master’s degree in a related field, with willingness to travel up to 50% to support multiple counties and service regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, behavioral health or related field required.
• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field required.
• Active licensure as LISW/LPCC/IMFT in Ohio required.
• 3–4 years in healthcare/behavioral health; experience with intensive programming preferred.
• Experience working with multi-system youth and families preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid regulations and compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to staff.
• Monitor treatment quality, documentation, and crisis response practices.
• Oversee IHBT model fidelity, staffing, supervision, and training.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid, OhioMHAS, OhioRISE and payer requirements.
• Manage documentation audits, utilization management and billing integrity.
• Travel up to 50% to support teams and program operations.
