Responsibilities

• Leading the launch of our brand-new Werribee store, from setup and stock-in to opening day and beyond.
• Recruiting, onboarding, and developing your launch team to create a high-performing store from the start.
• Building a positive, energetic team culture that sets the tone for the store’s future.
• Setting the standard for customer experience and brand presentation on the shop floor.
• Leading and motivating your team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding service through peak season.
• Driving sales, KPIs, and commercial performance through effective leadership.
• Coaching your team to deliver results and grow their capability.
• Managing store operations, including rostering, wages, stock, and visual standards.
