Brand Collective is opening a brand-new Superdry store in Werribee and seeks energetic Casual Sales Assistants to join the launch team. You’ll help set up the store, welcome customers, and deliver the Superdry experience on day one.

Ideal candidates are fashion-forward, friendly, and capable of thriving in a busy peak-season shop floor, with reliable attendance and weekend flexibility. Training and discounts are offered.

Responsibilities

• Being part of the launch team that opens our brand-new Werribee store.
• Helping set up the store for opening, including stock, merchandising, and presentation.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
• Helping customers with product selection, sizing, and styling advice.
• Keeping the store looking sharp and meeting visual merchandising standards during our busiest trading period.
• Replenishing stock and keeping products well stocked and organised on the shop floor.
• Processing sales transactions accurately at the register.
• Supporting store operations, including fitting room upkeep and stockroom duties.

You'll be there from day one, helping set up the store, welcoming our first customers, and bringing the Superdry experience to Werribee.
