Job summary

Superdry South Wharf is seeking a driven Assistant Store Manager to join our busy outlet team. You will lead from the front, drive sales, and coach a high-performing team in a fast-paced shopping environment.

Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll maximise sales opportunities, maintain store standards and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role requires energy, commercial acumen and a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a high-volume retail team.
• Proven ability to drive sales and hit KPIs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front: support Store Manager to drive daily operations and keep the team focused during peak trade.
• Drive sales and KPIs: monitor performance, identify opportunities and motivate the team to exceed targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences: build a customer-first culture and reflect the Superdry brand in every interaction.
• Coach and develop your team: provide hands-on training, feedback and ongoing coaching.
• Own the shop floor: maintain strong floor presence and manage competing priorities to maximise sales and service.
• Keep operations running smoothly: oversee stock replenishment, deliveries, stock accuracy and inventory in a high-turnover environment.
• Maintain outstanding store standards: ensure visual merchandising and promotional execution are on point, even during peak trade.
• Protect the business: drive loss prevention practices and maintain operational controls.
• Create a safe workplace: promote a positive, inclusive and safe working environment.
