Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Store Manager or similar role in a high‑volume retail/outlet.
• Ability to drive sales, KPIs and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Hands‑on leadership style with coaching and accountability.
• Strong communication, organisation and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front: support the Store Manager in daily operations and keep the team focused during busy periods.
• Drive sales and KPIs: monitor performance, identify opportunities and motivate the team to exceed targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences: foster a customer‑first culture and reflect the Superdry brand.
• Coach and develop your team: provide training, feedback and ongoing coaching to build capability.
• Own the shop floor: maintain floor presence and prioritise tasks to maximise sales and service.
• Keep operations running smoothly: oversee stock, deliveries, replenishment and inventory in a high turnover setting.
• Maintain outstanding store standards: ensure visual merchandising and promotional execution are top quality.
• Protect the business: apply loss prevention practices and maintain strong operational controls.
