Superdry is opening a brand-new store in Werribee and we are seeking a Store Manager to launch it. You’ll build your team from scratch, set the culture, performance standards, and customer experience from day one.

Lead and motivate your team to hit sales targets during peak season, manage rostering, wages, stock and visuals, and drive KPIs through inspirational leadership. Brand Collective supports your growth as a retail leader.

Qualifications

• Proven retail leader with experience managing high-volume or flagship stores.
• New store opening experience highly regarded.
• Excited by the challenge of launching a new store and building something from the ground up.
• Confident in recruiting, leading, and developing high-performing teams.
• Commercially minded, with a strong understanding of KPIs and sales drivers.
• Customer-obsessed and passionate about delivering exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the launch of the Werribee store from setup to opening day.
• Recruit, onboard and develop the launch team for a high-performing store.
• Build a positive, energetic store culture from day one.
• Set the standard for customer experience and brand presentation on the shop floor.
• Lead and motivate the team to hit sales targets through peak season.
• Drive sales, KPIs and commercial performance through effective leadership.
• Coach the team to deliver results and grow capability.
• Manage store operations including rostering, wages, stock and visuals.

Something big is coming to Werribee, and we want you to lead it! We’re opening a brand-new Superdry store just in time for peak season, and we’re looking for a Store Manager to launch it. You’ll build your team from scratch, set the culture, performance standards, and customer experience from day one, and bring Superdry’s bold brand to life for a whole new community. This is a rare chance for a confident retail leader to open a store, make it their own, and leave their mark from the very first day of trade.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Leading the launch of our brand-new Werribee store, from setup and stock-in to opening day and beyond.
