Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking a New Product Coordinator to join the Moorabbin, VIC manufacturing team on a 12-month full-time secondment. You will coordinate new product introductions, packaging changes, and site-based supply chain projects, collaborating across Manufacturing, Planning, Engineering, Logistics, Procurement and Commercial teams to ensure safe, efficient delivery.

In this role you’ll manage NPD gate activities, trials, budgets, and change processes while engaging

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production or supply chain, FMCG preferred.
• End-to-end supply chain and manufacturing process understanding.
• Demonstrated project coordination or management capability.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational capability.
• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office and system-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary site contact for new product development, packaging changes and material change initiatives.
• Coordinate NPD Gate Process activities including capability assessments, cost scoping, risk assessments, and implementation.
• Plan, coordinate and support production trials with scheduling, reporting and follow-up actions.
• Lead site execution of network optimisation, packaging improvement and sustainability projects.
• Engage stakeholders across levels from frontline to senior leadership.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to meet objectives and timelines.
• Manage trial budgets and contribute to business cases and gate approvals.
• Support development and standardisation of change management processes and documentation.
• Maintain packaging specification systems and site data.
• Participate in Operational Excellence initiatives for site performance.
