Job summary

J G King Homes in Gippsland is seeking an energetic Sales Cadet to join the team and support the New Home Advisors in the sales process. You will help customers select designs, facades and land while growing your sales career.

The role is full-time, Tuesday to Saturday, with weekend work and travel between Warragul and Traralgon. You will be mentored by a successful New Home Sales Team and have access to tools and a laptop.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with customers.
• Willingness to learn sales processes and product offerings.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and display centre standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance to New Home Advisors.
• Assist with land development sales offices and house and land packages.
• Support sales processes, display centre operations and documentation.
• Maintain high presentation standards at display centres.
• Qualify and manage lead activity and set prospect appointments.
• Provide home demonstrations to customers and liaise on queries.
