Job summary

Stroud Homes New England is seeking ambitious sales professionals to join our team in Armidale. You will open and close the display showroom, greet visitors, and assist with dream projects while helping clients understand options within their budgets.

You will collaborate with contracts, builders and estimators to ensure quotes and plans match client requirements, and you will contribute to lead generation and responsive service across the display area.

Responsibilities

• Open and close our display showroom
• Greeting and assisting visitors to our display showroom
• Lead generation and social media posts with team support
• Keep advertising materials available in display area and order from head office
• Conduct site inspections on clients' blocks or potential blocks and assess suitability for chosen design
• Suggest designs within clients' budgets and personal requirements
• Help clients modify plans and submit for quoting
• Coordinate with contracts administrator to align project with client requests
• Coordinate with builder to ensure home fits block and site conditions
• Coordinate with estimator to ensure quotes reflect client needs and present queries
