The role emphasizes consultative selling, relationship building, and effective use of our CRM to manage leads, follow-ups, and pipeline. You will work in a display centre, weekends included, with uncapped commissions and ongoing

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record in residential construction or related high-value sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities with customer focus.
• Organised and able to manage multiple client interactions.
• Proficient with CRM systems and comfortable learning new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients at the display centre and guide them through the sales journey.
• Conduct consultative needs assessments and present designs and options.
• Prepare quotations and financial proposals tailored to clients.
• Explain contract terms clearly and manage the sales process to settlement.
• Maintain CRM records and manage the sales pipeline to convert leads.
