Job summary

Northcott Therapy in Sydney, NSW is seeking a New Graduate Occupational Therapist for a 12-month temporary contract starting January 2027. You will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based therapy to children and adults, with a structured onboarding, weekly supervision and access to clinical teams across NSW, QLD and ACT.

• Must hold a degree in Occupational Therapy and be eligible for AHPRA registration.

About The Role

Join us as a New Graduate Occupational Therapist on a 12-month temporary contract from January 2027 to January 2028. You’ll work alongside experienced clinicians in a supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering evidence-based therapy that helps children and adults achieve their goals, build independence and improve quality of life. With a structured 12-week onboarding program, weekly supervision, peer mentoring and ongoing professional development, you’ll have the support to grow your skills and confidence from day one.
