Job summary

Northcott Therapy in Sydney, NSW is seeking a New Graduate Occupational Therapist for a 12-month temporary contract starting January 2027. You will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based therapy to children and adults, with a structured onboarding, weekly supervision and access to clinical teams across NSW, QLD and ACT.

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in Occupational Therapy and be eligible for AHPRA registration.
• Person-centred, evidence-based approach focused on real outcomes.
• Strong relationship-building with clients, families and teams.
• Clear communication and teamwork skills.

• Good organisation and time management to manage diverse caseloads from paediatric to adult.

Responsibilities
