Job summary

MedHealth invites an Occupational Therapist to join our compassionate team of Allied Health Professionals. You will work locally in your community, collaborating with Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Art Therapists, Counsellors and Allied Health Assistants to provide a holistic service for families.

We empower staff to reach their full potential, with a New Graduates Program, two-week induction, mentoring, gradual caseload growth, and opportunities for future leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• AHPRA registered is required.

Responsibilities

• Administering assessments
• Administering therapy sessions with clients and families
• Completing progress notes and reports
• Liaising with other professionals e.g. doctors, teachers, other therapists, work colleagues
• Joint sessions with other disciplines
• Group sessions (if this is an interest of yours)
• Commitment to personal and professional quality improvement
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
