Northcott Therapy is seeking a New Graduate Speech Pathologist to join a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based therapy to children and adults. A structured 3-month onboarding program includes gradual caseload growth, weekly supervision, peer mentoring, clinical huddles, and ongoing professional development to build confidence and skills.

You will work with a supportive team across NSW, QLD & ACT, with strong emphasis on growth and learning in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• A degree in Speech Pathology or (graduating soon) and SPA eligibility/ registration.
• A person-centred, evidence-based approach focused on real outcomes.
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients, families, and teams
• Clear, confident communication and teamwork skills
• A growth mindset and passion for learning and collaboration
• Good organisation and time management to manage a diverse caseload, paediatric to adults.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based therapy to help children and adults achieve their communication and swallowing goals.
• Join a supportive multidisciplinary team with onboarding and regular supervision.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical huddles.
