Job summary

Physio Inq Pty in Sydney is looking for a new graduate physio who is passionate about community practice and structured development. You’ll begin with a 1–2 week onboarding, shadow senior clinicians before treating clients, and have weekly 1:1s with a Team Leader to guide your growth.

Over 4–6 months you’ll progress toward independent practice with realistic KPIs, dedicated admin time, and a collaborative MDT environment. A $1000 external PD budget helps your ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Structured onboarding with admin and orientation (1–2 weeks).
• Shadow senior before handling clients; seniors TL support.
• Weekly 1:1s with Team Leader.
• Monthly case reviews, internal PD Academy and video library.
• $1000 external PD budget.

Responsibilities

• Start with clients you are comfortable with (paeds, adults, or mixed).
• 4 clients per day on average, building up as confidence grows.
• MDT practice cross-discipline shadowing.
• All referrals supported by seniors and TL.
• Travel, calls, reporting and notes are billable.
