Penrith City Automotive in Penrith, NSW is seeking a motivated New Car Sales Consultant to join our BYD team. You will guide customers from inquiry through delivery, showcasing BYD models and features while delivering an outstanding buying experience.

Ideal candidates have proven automotive sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a real drive to achieve targets in a busy dealership.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers to select the right new BYD vehicle for their needs.
• Presenting vehicle features, specifications and technology.
• Conducting test drives and product demonstrations.
• Managing enquiries and following up prospective customers.
• Negotiating and closing sales while delivering excellent customer service.
• Building strong, lasting relationships with customers.
• Maintaining accurate customer and sales activity within the CRM.
• Keeping up to date with BYD products, new models and industry developments.
• Participating in ongoing product and sales training.
