The role designs, maintains and improves the college's network and telephony infrastructure to ensure secure, reliable, high-performing connectivity across campuses, supports teaching and operations, and aligns with the school's safety and governance standards.

• Support secure configurations, access controls and performance monitoring across Aruba and Palo Alto environments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve incidents and maintain documentation and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain and improve the college's network and telephony infrastructure to ensure secure, reliable connectivity across campuses.
• Manage network architecture, firewalls, access controls, configurations and performance monitoring across HPE Aruba and Palo Alto Networks environments.
• Provide expert technical support and escalation for complex issues, work with internal teams and external vendors to resolve incidents, maintain network documentation and security standards.
