Job summary

International College of Management, Sydney (ICMS) is seeking a Senior Network & Systems Engineer to lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of the institution's network, infrastructure, cloud and cybersecurity environments.

You will guide enterprise systems, storage, backup, identity management and collaboration platforms while ensuring secure, resilient and high performing technology services for staff and students.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computing, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Extensive networking experience with Cisco routing, switching and firewall systems.
• Strong Windows Server administration experience.
• Extensive Hyper-V experience across on‑premises, data centre and cloud.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, support and improve network, infrastructure, cloud and systems environments.
• Lead senior escalation for complex infrastructure, network, security and identity incidents.
• Manage enterprise platforms: Microsoft 365, Azure, AD, email and collaboration tools.
• Oversee storage, backup, DR and business continuity solutions.
• Develop and implement cybersecurity controls, monitoring and incident response.
