We are seeking to appoint a Network Administrator for a full-time (1.0 FTE), ongoing position within the Information Systems Team.
The Network Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of Wesley College's network, wireless and telephony environment across all College sites. This includes monitoring and troubleshooting network issues, executing approved changes, managing switch ports, VLANs, wireless access points and telephony records, applying updates, and maintaining accurate network and asset records.
The role provides first-level network escalation support to the Service Delivery team, undertakes onsite installation and fault diagnosis, coordinates vendors and contractors, and supports network and telephony projects. The position also contributes to improving the troubleshooting capability of Service Delivery staff through documentation, knowledge sharing and hands‑on support.
