Job summary

Val Morgan is seeking a Client Solutions Executive in the Brandfit team to bridge sales and partners for sponsorship and integration communications. You’ll support projects from creative production through to launch and act as the primary client contact for delivery.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions, manage production documents, and deliver post-campaign performance reports. A proactive, detail‑oriented, and solution-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a publisher, media, or creative agency managing a brand’s advertising strategy and campaigns.
• Ability to partner with internal teams to deliver client solutions on time and within scope.
• Experience in a client-facing role and presenting to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the Client Solutions team from creative production through to campaign launch.
• Serve as the client’s primary point of contact for campaign implementation and delivery.
• Create and manage production documents, schedules, templates, and client-facing materials for each campaign.
• Generate post-campaign reports including campaign analysis and performance insights.

The Val Morgan network comprises of advertising screens across cinema and out-of-home (OOH).

The Job:

The Client Solutions Executive sits within our Brandfit department- a team that acts as the conduit between Val Morgan sales teams and our exhibitor and outdoor partners for all sponsorship and integration communications. Whilst no two days are the same, your day to day will include:

• Supporting the Client Solutions team with partnership delivery from creative production through to campaign launch.
• Act as the client’s primary point of contact for campaign implementation and delivery.
• Create and manage campaign production documents, including spec sheets, production schedules, master templates, internal documents, and client-facing materials tailored to each campaign.
• Create post-campaign reports, including campaign analysis and performance.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an individual with a passion for media, high attention-to-detail and deadline orientated. You will need to be creative, innovative and passionate about coming up with solutions.

We are also looking for:

• Experience working at a publisher, media, or creative agency managing a brand’s advertising strategy, creative development/execution, and buying activities.
• Experience partnering with internal teams to brainstorm solutions that achieve client goals and future needs.
• Experience in a client-facing role and comfortable presenting to different audiences, tailoring messages accordingly.
• Experience reporting on program performance and delivery.
• Project management experience- autonomy to executive projects from start to finish, and the ability to navigate and communicate timelines and deliverables with accuracy.
