Job summary

Ayan Infotech Pty in Melbourne is seeking a Network Security Specialist for a long term contract opportunity. The role centers on firewall vulnerability remediation, software lifecycle management, and upgrades across Cisco Secure Firewall environments.

You will coordinate remediation activities and execute upgrades for FXOS, FTD, and FMC platforms. Candidates should have hands-on experience with Cisco FTD, FMC, FXOS and related Cisco Security technologies, and be capable of working independently

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Cisco FTD, FMC and FXOS.
• Experience with Cisco Secure Firewall platforms is desirable.
• Ability to manage remediation and upgrade activities across security environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities in Cisco FXOS, FTD and FMC environments.
• Coordinate software lifecycle management and upgrade activities.
• Assess security risks and drive remediation plans.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure continuous protection.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Cisco FTD, FMC and FXOS platforms.
• Certifications (preferred): ? CCNP Security ? CCIE Security
• Preferred Technical Skills: Familiarity with ServiceNow, SolarWinds and Zabbix.

Position Purpose:
