Flare is seeking a commercially sharp relationship-builder to lead our network sales growth across HRIS and payroll platforms in Australia and New Zealand. You will own the new-business targets, shape your territory, and build trusted relationships with senior commercial and technical leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B enterprise sales, partnerships or business development in AU/NZ market.
• Proven record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles.
• Strong ability to land and expand within partner or customer accounts.

Responsabilités

• Own new-business and growth targets across our HRIS and payroll platform partner network.
• Build, qualify and progress a pipeline of prospective platform partners across ANZ.
• Map the market, prioritise target accounts and run a territory and account plan.
• Develop partner propositions that create value for their business and end users.
• Lead commercial negotiations, including revenue-share, referral and distribution arrangements.
• Grow existing partnerships through joint plans and deeper integrations.
