Flare, backed by MYOB and serving over one million employees, is seeking a commercially sharp relationship-builder to lead network sales growth across HRIS and payroll platforms in ANZ. You’ll own the network sales number, shape your territory and build trusted relationships with commercial and technical leaders.

This is a hands-on senior role focused on closing complex multi-stakeholder deals, expanding partnerships, and negotiating revenue-sharing arrangements, with a flexible hybrid work

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B enterprise sales, partnerships or business development in the Australian or New Zealand market.
• Experience in HRIS, payroll, HR tech, superannuation or employee benefits.
• Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles.
• Strong negotiation and contracting experience including revenue-share models.
• Structured territory planning, pipeline management and CRM discipline; Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own new-business and growth targets across our HRIS and payroll platform partner network.
• Build and manage a focused pipeline of platform partners across ANZ.
• Map the market, prioritize target accounts and run territory plans.
• Develop partner propositions and lead commercial negotiations.
• Grow existing partnerships through joint plans and deeper integrations.
