Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a highly organised Network Planning Analyst to join the NetTeam in Adelaide. You will provide operational support, coordinate tasks across groups, and manage documentation and trackers to keep data accurate and actionable.

You will work autonomously, engaging with stakeholders and applying structure to changing priorities, with a focus on accuracy and delivery in ICT network environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a project support, team coordination, sourcing, procurement, data intelligence or similar role.
• Experience in technology, telecommunications, ICT, cloud or other technically focused organisations.
• Highly proficient in Jira and Confluence.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Technically savvy with ICT, telecommunications, network or related data systems.
• Ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies to boost productivity, analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational coordination and support to the Network Planning team.
• Coordinate tasks and information across multiple groups to ensure actions are understood and progressed.
• Maintain project and activity trackers and capture updates from team meetings and stakeholder discussions.
• Administer and maintain the team’s documentation repositories for accuracy and access.
• Create, manage and track Jira tickets from initiation to completion.
• Maintain and update Confluence pages and other team documentation.
• Collaborate with internal Procurement and Vendor Management and external suppliers on network orders and fulfilment.
• Analyze data across systems to identify discrepancies and ensure reliability.
• Coordinate supplier contract renewals with internal and external stakeholders within timeframes.
• Review and update technical and process documentation to reflect current systems and requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, documentation and ways of working using data, tech and AI-enabled tools.
