Qualifications

• 5+ years in a project support, team coordination, sourcing, procurement, data intelligence or similar role.
• Experience in technology, telecommunications, ICT, cloud or other technically focused organisations.
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence.
• Strong Excel/Office skills and familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Ability to use AI/tools to improve productivity, reporting and day-to-day work.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational coordination and support to the Network Planning team.
• Coordinate tasks and information across multiple groups to ensure actions are understood and progressed.
• Maintain project and activity status trackers with updates from team meetings and stakeholders.
• Administer and maintain the team’s documentation repositories.
• Create, manage and track Jira tickets with updates to completion.
• Maintain Confluence pages and other team documentation.
• Coordinate network-related orders with internal and external teams.
• Collect, analyse and validate data across systems to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate supplier contract renewals with internal and external stakeholders.
• Review and update technical and process documentation to reflect current systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting using data and AI-enabled tools.
