Job summary

Airnorth invites applications for a Network Operations Duty Manager to oversee day-to-day flying operations and lead the Network Operations Centre. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on safety, compliance, on-time performance and customer outcomes.

The role requires coordinating responses to delays, managing rostering, preparing for after-hours on-call, and liaising with Flight Operations, Engineering and other teams to ensure safe, reliable operations across Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience in airline operations or network operations.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments.
• Understanding of aviation regulations and fatigue risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the Network Operations Centre.
• Coordinate responses to delays and disruptions.
• Make timely operational decisions balancing safety and cost.
• Manage rostering, leave, and staffing coverage.
• Provide relief coverage as needed by role.
