Container Exchange (COEX) is seeking a Network Lead – North Queensland to oversee COEX’s operator network from Ingham to St Lawrence and west to Richmond. You will cultivate strong external relationships, ensure compliant service delivery, and drive continuous improvement across the network.

The role focuses on proactive relationship management, KPI-driven performance, and clear communication with internal stakeholders, while prioritizing safety and efficiency across the territory.

• Proven success in Account/Relationship Management with external partners.

• Reliable, proactive, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must hold a valid Queensland driver’s license and be willing to travel throughout the territory.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively building successful operator relationships through regular face-to-face visitation and timely support.
• Work closely with operators and internal stakeholders to problem-solve and drive efficient network operation.
• Collaborate with operators to maximise recovery rates and identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct regular operator site visits and audits to monitor performance against KPIs.
• Provide timely customer service to operators with professionalism and integrity.
• Implement process improvements to control network costs and improve customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete regular reports.
