Job summary

CSP Global in Adelaide is seeking a hands-on senior network engineer to independently scope, design, and deliver complex infrastructure projects across client sites.

You will own end-to-end projects, engage directly with clients, and work with UniFi, Fortinet FortiGate, Azure, and hybrid cloud environments to improve security and resilience.

The role requires strong communication and documentation skills and a proactive, client-facing mindset for successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years networking experience (routing/switching/VLANs, WiFi deployments).
• Hands-on experience with UniFi deployments (controllers, APs, switches).
• Proven Fortinet experience (FortiGate firewall configuration, VPN, security policies).
• Strong Azure infrastructure and hybrid cloud skills.
• Proven ability to manage hosted servers (Windows/virtualisation) and security implementations.
• Experience delivering infrastructure projects independently in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise networks (VLANs, routing, switching, segmentation).
• Deploy and manage WiFi solutions (UniFi, Cisco Meraki, etc.) and secure remote access (VPN, ZTNA).
• Manage Azure/hybrid cloud infrastructure, VMs, backups (Veeam/Azure), and migrations.
• Implement network security controls aligned with Essential Eight and zero-trust principles.
• Lead client discovery, scoping, documentation, and presentations.
• Deliver multiple projects on time with minimal disruption.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Entra, Intune, and hybrid infrastructure environments.

About the Role

Hands-on senior role for an experienced engineer who can independently scope, design, and deliver complex network and infrastructure projects while handling daily operations across diverse client sites.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement enterprise networks (VLANs, routing, switching, segmentation)

Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/ARM),

Australian citizenship or permanent residency required and baseline clearance for some projects.
