Job summary

The G'day Group is seeking a Network Relationship and Development Manager for licenced parks to expand the member park network and retain existing members through exceptional customer service and ROI-driven strategies.

You will build strong licensee relationships, drive digital sales, rewards growth, and network engagement while identifying new business opportunities and partnerships across Australia.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Sales, Management, Marketing, and Communications.
• Tourism and sales experience with operations and business development is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage existing licensee relationships.
• Proactively identify and attract new licensees/parks into the network.
• Develop and implement point-of-sales activities in network parks to grow Rewards Membership sales.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships.
• Actively participate in industry development events at state and national levels.
• Provide market, industry and competitive analysis and stay informed on competitors.
