Job summary

FinXL is seeking a strategic, technically advanced Network Implementer to drive Fortinet SD-WAN design and deployment for a high-visibility client. This role offers a 12-month contract with extension options and requires Australian citizenship with NV1 clearance.

You will author High-Level and Low-Level Design documents, build and maintain lab environments for rigorous validation, lead POC testing, and develop automation to streamline testing and deployment at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience designing secure, scalable enterprise networks.
• Hands-on Fortinet SD-WAN deployment experience.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Clear documentation of HLD/LLD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engineer and implement secure, highly scalable Fortinet SD-WAN architectures tailored to complex client environments.
• Author comprehensive High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents to guide successful solution deployment.
• Build, manage, and maintain dedicated lab environments for rigorous solution validation and troubleshooting.
• Lead POC testing initiatives, meticulously documenting outcomes and optimising network configurations based on empirical data.
• network automation tools and scripts to dramatically improve the efficiency of testing, validation, and final deployment phases.
