Job summary

Atturra Limited in Melbourne seeks an experienced Senior Fortinet Engineer to lead technical decisions for a large international network. You will join a skilled team, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with service desks, applications and infrastructure teams to keep services secure and reliable.

You will design and implement Fortinet-based security architectures, manage changes, monitor performance, and contribute to governance and documentation.

Qualifications

• At least five years of specialist Fortinet experience and 10+ years in enterprise networking.
• Advanced Fortinet firewall and management knowledge including endpoints, switching and wireless.
• Ability to design secure, scalable network architectures and produce clear runbooks and test plans.

Responsibilities

• Design secure, scalable network solutions using Fortinet and complementary tech.
• Deploy, configure and integrate network, security, SD-WAN and telephony services; manage migrations and upgrades.
• Monitor availability and performance; maintain documentation, asset registers and management tools.
