Qualifications

• 4+ years of major internet routing protocols experience.
• 1+ years Linux/Unix environment experience.
• Solid understanding of TCP performance, latency, jitter, and path selection.

Responsibilities

• Drive deep dives for large-scale events, document findings and drive corrective actions.
• Improve detection by designing and implementing new alerts.
• Deliver sustainable, repeatable processes and solutions.
• Troubleshoot recurring platform issues and engage with senior engineering teams for resolution.
• Coordinate with Engineering & Deployment teams for operational readiness of new deployments.
• Enforce standards and ensure compliance with policies across the platform.
• Create and review documentation on recurring issues and standard operating procedures.
• Troubleshoot device configuration and low-level application interactions.
• Develop scripts and tools to automate repetitive tasks.
• Provide on-shift network operations support during large-scale events.
• Contribute to hiring and developing team members.
