Amazon Support Services Pty Ltd in Australia is seeking a System Development Engineer to build, operate, monitor, and assure the AWS network across the region. You’ll drive automation and tooling across 170+ services, collaborating with global teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

You’ll own full software lifecycles from design to operational management, advancing skills across languages and frameworks while supporting national security-focused cloud capabilities.

Formación

• Experience automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure.
• Experience programming in Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, or Rust.
• Experience with Linux/Unix.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build processes.

Responsabilidades

• Own the software services and platforms that run the AWS network within the region and continuously reinvent them.
• Manage deployments, troubleshoot issues, and maintain service health while driving permanent solutions.
• Design and implement new software components to improve operational efficiency for network engineers.
• Take full-stack ownership from design through deployment to ongoing operational management.
